e) We believe that everyone who repents and is baptized in the name of Jesus Christ will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:38) and, when the Holy Spirit comes upon him, he will be clothed with power, thus fulfilling the promise of Jesus, namely the baptism with the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:5,8).
